FAQ — GINTON
Answers to the most common questions about GINTON, heavy dark luxury jewelry, and bespoke commissions. If you don’t see what you need, email shop@gintonap.com or DM us on Instagram (@gintonap).
What is GINTON?
GINTON designs heavy dark luxury jewelry—modern heirlooms forged to last. Our work blends sculptural forms, gothic influences, and refined craft to create pieces that carry weight, presence, and permanence.
Do you offer bespoke (custom) pieces?
Yes. We create one-of-one commissions in close collaboration with clients. Start here: Bespoke Commission. We’ll review your concept, timeline, and materials, then prepare a proposal. Minimums vary by scope; truly singular work is our focus.
What metals do you work with?
Sterling silver (925) is our foundation. Select designs are also available in gold and platinum on request, following the same heavy dark luxury design language.
How long does a custom commission take?
Typical timelines range from 4–10 weeks depending on complexity, approvals, and material choice. We’ll provide a target schedule in your project proposal. Rush options may be available.
Do you make alternative engagement rings?
Yes. We craft alternative engagement rings and jewelry that balance symbolism with our sculptural aesthetic. If you have a story or motif in mind, we’ll translate it into a piece that’s unapologetically yours.
How do I find my ring size?
The most accurate method is an in-person measurement at a local jeweler. If you need help, contact us at shop@gintonap.com and we’ll guide you.
Can you resize or repair a piece?
Often, yes. Resizing and repairs depend on the design and structure. Email clear photos and your request to shop@gintonap.com for an assessment and quote.
How do I care for sterling silver?
Wear it often—silver develops a natural patina that adds character. Store pieces dry and separate, avoid harsh chemicals, and use a soft polishing cloth when needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders may be subject to local duties and taxes upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your shipping & returns policy?
Please see our full policy here: Shipping & Return Policy. Bespoke commissions are made-to-order and follow the terms outlined in your project agreement.
